How to Set-up Your Google Review Card
What is?
This article is about how to collect Google Reviews from your customers using your Google Review card. It explains how to activate, link, and use your Google Review Card so customers can easily leave a Google Review by simply tapping their phone on it.
Why do we?
We follow this process to make it easier for customers to leave reviews on Google. Positive Google Reviews increase trust, improve local SEO rankings, and attract more bookings for your Diggermate location. By setting up your card correctly, you can collect more authentic feedback without needing to manually send links to customers.
When do we?
This should be done as soon as your card arrives in your welcome pack or when you open a new Diggermate location. Continue using the card regularly — ideally after every successful hire — to request reviews from happy customers.

How do we?
Part 1: Find Your Google Review Link
2. On the dashboard, select your Diggermate location.
3. Click “Ask for reviews”. This will show a unique review link for your business.

Part 2: Link your Google Review / NFC Card
1. On your mobile, go to App Store or Google Play Store. Search "NFC Tools" and install this app.

2. Click "Write".
3. Click "Add a Record."
4. Click "Custom URL/URL.."
5. Enter your Google Review link, then click "Ok"
6. Click "Write/36 Bytes" then it will prompt you to scan the card. Just lightly tap on your phone. Please see the video below.

Part 3: Use the NFC Card With Customers
1. After completing a hire or drop-off, politely ask your customer for a review.
2. Hand them the card and say: “Hey mate, if you had a good experience, mind giving us a quick Google Review? Just tap your phone here and it’ll open up straight away.”

1. Log in to Google Business Profile.
2. Copy your “Ask for Reviews” link.
3. Write that link to your NFC Tools app using your phone.
4. Test the NFC card to confirm it opens your review page.
5. Use the card regularly when asking customers for feedback.
